New applications: Please provide any proposed concept or idea and how the task is currently handled. Provide the maximum and minimum load sizes and weights. Attach a copy of the truck specification brochure if available.
Parts orders: Please provide the attachment model and serial number. Note that most JHC name plates are located on the right hand, upper back side of the attachment. Serial numbers are also stamped at the same location. If no attachment serial number can be found, please submit the truck model and serial number.
